Project Details

Crown Street marks Barr + Wray’s inaugural project with Renaker, Manchester’s leading developers. The Crown Street project comprises of Elizabeth Tower and Victoria Residence.

Located on the 44th floor, the 20m lap pool is complemented by a holistic wellness studio and sauna, offering stunning views across the city.

Barr + Wray supplied and installed the stainless-steel lap pool along with the filtration and water treatment system, and the bespoke sauna.
