Project Details

The first Fairmont property to open in Vietnam, this colonial-style development is nestled into the historic ‘Old Historic Quarter’ of Hanoi, taking in the tranquillity of the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake and situated close to the city’s most popular attractions.

The development features over 240 guestrooms, multiple food and beverage venues, a 4,000m² event centre and ballroom, and a 3,500m² spa.

Barr+Wray designed the MEP systems for the pools and thermal facilities, before being appointed for the supply and installation of the stainless steel pool features, male and female sauna, steam room and ice facilities, with an additional wellness open lounge incorporating a salt room, chill room, intense sauna, relax sauna, and relaxation room.
