Barr + Wray are pleased to announce our appointment as contractor for the Alloa Wellbeing Hub and Lochies School project.

The new centre will include a 25m competition pool, learner pool, splash pad and hydrotherapy pool. Our works include Myrtha Pools, Liqtech Ceramic Micro Filtration, a Variopool moveable floor in the learner pool, play structure, water slide & features in the splash area, and Poolpod 3.0 pool lifts in all three pools, all designed to rigorous Passivhaus standards.

Additional amenities include a café, soft play area, all-weather five-a-side pitch, and multi-purpose spaces for fitness, health consultations, and community events. The design prioritises universal access and sustainable operation, creating a dedicated resource for local wellbeing.
