The building was formerly an office block owned by the Prudential Insurance Co and has been converted into luxury apartments. The leisure complex is a shared facility for the apartment owners and comprises a level deck pool (20m x 6m), two raised poolside spas, sauna and steam room.
B+W was responsible for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the filtration and water treatment plants, which employ the advanced oxidisation process for enhanced water quality with UV units ensuring superior water quality and the thermal cabins. The stainless steel hydrotherapy features are operated by the bathers via electronic sensors, and they also include; a hydro back air bench, foot massage, body massage jets and an air pad.
