This private spa has been constructed within the confines of a disused nightclub in the Chaoyang District of Beijing. Chaoyang is the Central Business District (CBD) within Beijing, with many foreign embassies and high rise towers in addition to the well known Sanlitun Bar Street and the Olympic Green created for the 2008 Olympics.
Spas are very popular in China and so the private spa should be well utilised among the local residents. B+W had previously been appointed to provide the technical design prior to securing the supply and installation of the spa fit out equipment in March of this year.
Three warm water spa pools are linked together in a single UV filtration system to save operating costs and plant space. All are fitted with floor and seat bubble rings to ensure a relaxing soak. In addition to the pools, a sauna with a TV window, a mosaic-tiled steam room and an ice fountain complete the wet spa area.
