Barr + Wray has completed the design and fit out of the luxurious spa thermal and hydro facilities within the Emaar Hospitality Group seventh Address branded Hotel – Address Fountain Views. The hotel is the centrepiece of a trio of visually iconic towers, adding a new architectural marvel to the spectacular city skyline with views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain.
Leisure facilities feature a trio of stunning outdoor swimming pools, including a 98-metre family-friendly pool, dedicated children’s and adult-only infinity pools, and relaxing pool bar. The ultra-modern fitness centre offers state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, a tranquil yoga studio and dynamic group classes.
The Spa at Address Fountain Views is a sanctuary for the body and mind, with a curated menu of signature treatments, vitality pools, herbal steam room, bio sauna, experience showers and an exclusive hammam facility.
Barr + Wray were awarded the contract through ACC following the completion of the spa technical design consultancy services. This property is the fifth Address Hotel within the UAE which Barr + Wray have been appointed as the contractor for the spa equipment package, the others include Address Downtown, Address Boulevard, Address Jumeirah Beach and Address Dubai Harbour Point.
The Hotel opened its doors in October 2019.
